The Diamond Hall project was a renovation performed on an existing dormitory building on the campus of Florida A & M University. The scope included selective demolition, wall refinishing, hazardous material remediation, painting, window reconstruction, installation of fire rated acoustical ceiling systems, limited electrical system repairs, fire proofing, carpeting and several other work scopes.  This project had a limited funding source and critical time constraints. EMO was able to complete the original scope of work below the original construction budget allowing for additional work scopes to be incorporated and completed within the original critical time frame.
