Since 1996, EMO has completed over 70 projects for Capital City Bank. EMO worked as an extension of the owner’s staff, and in the owner’s interests with ahead of schedule completions, within budget completion and quality construction as primary objectives. Our firm was able to reduce the overall time required for planning and design, accelerate the physical construction, provide continuity and improve project coordination throughout both the design and construction phases. EMO also provided more continuous control of the project; and allowed CCB to be an active team member and approve all critical decisions affecting cost and schedule. With over a decade of experience in prototype facilities placement, we have developed a comprehensive understanding and approach to the adaption of each individual site and the community fabric it serves.
